Sauna
Our Space of Mind Sauna is rooted in Finnish timber building tradition and in the sauna culture woven into daily Nordic life.
Each sauna is crafted by artisans who understand the subtle dialogue between wood and heat, how timber breathes, how air circulates, how steam rises and settles. This knowledge shapes every decision, from structure to detail, resulting in architecture guided as much by experience as by design.
From intimate private saunas to larger-format heat cabins, wood-fired soaking tubs and treatment pods, every unit is built to hospitality-grade standards and designed for hotels, resorts, spas and retreat destinations.
They can stand alone, a sauna by the lake, a tub beside an existing cabin, or combine into a more holistic thermal and recovery landscape.
Other Configurations
Alongside our thermally focused product, the Space of Mind Shelter offers the same architectural form for an alternative configuration. Built from the same timber structure and crafted with the same attention to proportion and materiality, the Shelter version provides a calm, adaptable interior that can be programmed to suit each site.
Without heating configuration and equipment, the space becomes suited to movement, stretching, breathwork, treatment, sleep or quiet retreat. It can sit independently within the landscape or form part of a wider wellness composition, extending the Space of Mind language beyond the sauna ritual.
Available as a fully specified purchase option, Shelter delivers the same build quality, modular logic and installation approach as our sauna products, offering operators a flexible structure that supports a broad range of wellness uses while maintaining a cohesive architectural identity.
Sleep
Alongside the sauna, the Space of Mind Shelter can be configured as a dedicated sleep environment. Built from the same timber structure, it offers a calm, restorative interior for deep rest.
Free from thermal equipment, the space is intentionally simple. A quiet place to slow down, disconnect, and sleep within the landscape, either as a standalone cabin or part of a wider hospitality setting.

Focus
Configured as a focused work, mindfulness space or creative environment, the Shelter offers a calm, pared-back interior designed for concentration, thinking, and making.
Positioned within the landscape, it provides a quiet place to step away, work with clarity, and reconnect with a slower pace of productivity.
Movement
The Shelter can also be configured as a light fitness and movement space. An adaptable interior suited to stretching, strength work, or low-impact training.
Simple, robust, and connected to its surroundings, it supports everyday movement as part of a wider wellness experience.
Transportation
and Assembly
Space of Mind saunas can be delivered either as fully pre-constructed modules or as a flat pack system, depending on site access, budget and installation preferences.
Pre-assembled saunas arrive ready for placement. A crane or heavy forklift must be present on delivery to lift the structure from the truck and position it on the prepared foundation. The lifting route must be clear and unobstructed, with sufficient reach from the crane and no overhead barriers such as trees or power lines.
The flat pack option reduces shipping volume significantly and is well suited to remote or access-constrained locations. Components are carefully prepared for straightforward on-site assembly, allowing the sauna to be constructed efficiently while maintaining the same level of quality and finish.
